Las Vegas: 2005 Casino Affiliate Convention Wrap-Up

September 15th, 2005 - The Casino Affiliate Convention took place on September 11-12, 2005 at the Stardust Casino in Las Vegas. Once again, the APCW attended the even and gave a presentation on affiliate statistics the morning of the 12th. This years event was bigger and better... as usual. It seems these events get larger every year!

Conference organizer, Marc Lesnick, had this to say: "2005 was an incredible year for the Casino Affiliate Convention. The event saw the fastest growth rate, with close to 700 people attending the September event in Las Vegas. The event had the highest turnout of casino affiliates ever assembled in one room in history. We thank the attendees, sponsors and exhibitors that supported this event."

Looking forward to April 2006, the CAC will once again be held in Amsterdam. Lesnick states: "We expect well over 400 casino executives to attend the 2006 Amsterdam event. In April 2005, exhibit space was sold out and over 400 executives attended, making this one of the largest i-gaming events in the industry. Approximately 120 affiliates attended this event, which was the largest collection of casino affiliates ever in history. In April 2004, over 225 casino and sportsbook executives, affiliate managers, marketing companies, portal webmasters and affiliates were in attendance."
